Beef
RIB EYE
A rib-eye is a tender, juicy and flavorful steak from the beef rib primal cut.
T-BONE
The T-bone are steaks of beaf cur from the shortloin. It includes a “T-shaped” lumbar vertebra with section of abdominal internal oblique muscle on each side.
FILLET
Beef filet is considered the king of all the beef cuts. It is the most tender cut as it comes from the least worked part of the animal.

Lamb chops or cutlets are taken from the ribs of the lamb and cooked individually, normally over grill or a barbecue.
